Here are three ways to make booking your corporate reservations for Greenpower USA easier in the future:
Call the hotel directly at 334.576.5400, and give the front desk agent your Corporate/Client ID (3442314) and Rate Code (T2C) number, in order to get the correct pricing.
On Cell Phone: Open the Hilton Honors App, choose the Hampton Inn & Suites Lqanett-West Point location, then under “Special Rates”, type in the Corporate ID (3442314) and it will show your special rate.
Click on the link below and it will take you directly to your Corporate Reservation Site.
The pricing is as follows: Standard Kings- $119.00/ Double Queens- $129.00/ Standard King Suites-$149.00
There is also a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date, or you will be charged room and tax for a one night stay.
Greenpower USA's preferred rate is Non-LRA (Last Room Availability) meaning that during high demand days, the rate may not be offered to your travelers. Please make reservations well in advance.
Check in is 4:00pm EST and check out is 12:00pm EST. Breakfast is served every day from 6:00am to 10:00am, Eastern Standard Time.
This is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $300.00 fee will be applied if smoking is detected in a guest’s room.
Pets are welcome, and the Fees are as follows: 1-4 Days-$75.00 per pet; 5+ Days-$125.00 per pet, 2 pet maximum per room.
