PARKING
Please enter the race area using BancorpSouth Pkwy. The main entrance to the Rockabillys Baseball Stadium will be closed for the event.
Spectators will park in the West TN Healthcare Sportsplex parking lots D and C, then use the sidewalk to walk to the Rockabillys Baseball Stadium. Please follow the marked path to the stadium. An information tent will be located at the end of the parking lot sidewalk if you have any questions.
Greenpower teams will have access to the parking lot near the pit area. However, vehicles parked in this area will NOT be allowed to leave during the race.
SEATING
Spectators are asked to sit inside the stadium behind the fence near the playground or on the designated sidewalk areas in front of the stadium entrance. Please bring your own lawn chairs. Also, please don't walk across the track or linger in the pit area.
CONCESSIONS
The Rockabillys' concession stand inside of the stadium will be open on Saturday. They plan to sell hot dogs, snacks, and drinks.
AWARDS
Awards will be held outside of the stadium at 3:15 pm on Saturday. The Awards Ceremony could start earlier if the race ends early.

All spectators and visitors will need to park in the designated parking areas. Team equipment (cars, tools, etc.) will be permitted to park in Team Parking. Please follow the directions of parking attendants on race day.

With this event taking place in November, it could be warm, cool, or even cold. Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather and bring the necessary items for you and your group. Several people in the past have brought tailgating tents (with anchors), camping seats, coolers, etc.

Greenpower events can still happen in the rain. Race sessions will only be postponed/canceled if severe weather brings unsafe conditions to all participants. Greenpower officials will follow rules similar to those at sporting events.
